More hurt than expected
The 100×1000 today started out very nicely, we were clipping along at a great pace (3:20-3:30/km) in second place overall. I just agreed to help out in a fun running relay. 100 x 1000m … Five runners on our team, so it’s only 20km per person. That’s manageable, but I predict that running 20x 1000m intervals will hurt. A LOT. We’ll see how it goes. If you’d like to come watch, the start is tomorrow at 10:00am [...]
