So long, and thanks for all the fish…
The time has come to - at least temporarily - say farewell… in a few hours I will set sails towards Konstanz, Germany to meet new challenges at my new position at the University of Konstanz. Of course I do not intend to really abandon my home, and I will try to visit my friends as often as possible (and indeed return eventually), but this still means a significant step in my life, and many changes.
This is also a good time to stop for a moment and say thank you to my family and friends.. it has been an awesome trip, and I am incredibly proud and happy that I met you and had your company at least for a part of my life. Each and every one of you has played a major role in my life, sometimes maybe more than you’d imagine…
