Bigger, Better, Faster, Less!
Sometimes life would be much easier if current graphics hardware could be told to work with integer precision, instead of full floating point… All that precision just gets in the way if you’re implementing an integer algorithm and thanks to rounding errors suddenly 0 != 0.
Das Leben könnte so einfach sein, wenn man Grafikkarten dazu überreden könnte mit Ganzzahlen zu arbeiten… Die “Präzision” (haha) von Gleitkommazahlen ist für manche Algorithmen einfach nur mühsam, vor allem wenn dann auf einmal 0 != 0 ist…
