I just agreed to help out in a fun running relay. 100 x 1000m … Five runners on our team, so it’s only 20km per person. That’s manageable, but I predict that running 20x 1000m intervals will hurt. A LOT. We’ll see how it goes. If you’d like to come watch, the start is tomorrow [...]
Hab mich gerade als Ersatzläufer für einen lustigen Staffellauf gemeldet. 100 x 1000m… In einer 5er Staffel, also eh nur 20km pro Person – aber die halt in bösen 1000m Intervallen. Man darf gespannt sein. Wer zusehen will, Start ist morgen um 10:00 auf der Prater Hauptallee, Höhe Stadionbad. Mehr Infos auf www.rekordjagd.at.
