Inga had her half sleeve completed last week, and I followed her to Andy Hinton‘s new shop (Door Number Four) to watch, chat and maybe shoot a few frames.

Andy is a really nice guy, and his new shop looks terrific. His art is fantastic too, so I’m pretty sure he’ll have no shortage of customers once he’s officially open.

Awesome photos. You caught the mood of the whole shop and scene really well; it looks like a tattoo shop must look: a little dark, a little mysterious, and everything. I especially like the third photo of Andy. Unbelievable that a guy who is so concentrated and focussed on his work can sing along Bluegrass tunees during the whole tattooing process.
