winter?!

Unbelievable that it’s actually still winter… I’ve just returned from a 2.5h bike ride, and I’ve been wearing bike shorts. Originally a logistical problem (put all the warm gear in the washer yesterday and it was still wet), but then again – no problem at all: thanks to the incredibly warm sun it was incredibly warm! Well, at least later on, in the early morning there was thick frost on the meadows, but once the sun came over the hills it turned out to be a wonderful day!

Tonight I’m driving to Samoëns for a week of telemark skiing.. if the weather stays like that and the snow is as good as we’ve been promised, I dare to say we’re bound to have a wonderful time…
